10 Ways to Reduce Stress

 If you had stressful year,month,week or a day here are a few ways to reduce the stress while doing something you like.Most of the ways are connected with each other so this isn't mission impossible :D These are also things I do to relax.Hope you enjoy!
1.Just LOL
   Yep,I did write LOL.Laughing helps forget bad things,makes you feel more optimistic and lets people see that gorgeous smile of yours.Lets be honest people look 10x better when they are smiling :D
2.Watch a comedy
   Of course it will be nice if your laughter is caused because of something ... *stays awkward 2 seconds* ...but it is not a problem if it is out of nothing.Watching a romance comedy or just comedy you have always liked helps.''Pretty woman'',''The Big Bang Theory'' and every film with Jackie Chan or Chris Tucker work for me.
3.Sing at the tops of your lungs!!!
   Have a favourite song?Let's hear it. Right now I love the new Icona Pop's song - Emergency,Shawn Mendes' - Stitches and Ariana Grande's - Adore.
4.Read,Dance,Draw,Do Something You Like.
   While you sing you can dance.One of my favourite things to do to keep my mind off everything and at the same time to train is zumba.But from my All Time Favourites is my hobby - Drawing.
5.Social Networks!?!
   My favourite social network right now is YouTube because there are many kinds of videos-beauty,prank etc.And I being myself watch probably all kinds of videos.However,every kind of network can help you.
6.Day off.
   Sometimes all we need is a day off when we can sleep and do random things.
7.Say ''NO''-YOU ARE NOT AN ALL INCLUSIVE!!!
   It is nice helping people and no one says otherwise but if you are having a day off and some ''me'' time that means YOU.Not your phone,not your cousins only YOU.Most of the people forget that they also are human beings!You also get tired and you also have your problems.I know how selfish that actually sounds but we all know it is the right thing.
8.Have free time?You can easily relax with a good book.
   I think the title says it all.There is a book for everyone.
9.Eat somethings ''happy''.
   Friday night?Having a few friend at yours?What is better than to order or even cook your favourite meal?
10.Drink something ''happy''.
   No,I don't mean vodka or tequila but if you want go ahead.Cheers!The meaning of happy drink for me is hot chocolate,tea or just some cozy drink aka hot drink.But a cold drink after a hot summer day is also doing well for me.
